Sea Moss is a type of seaweed or algae super food that grows from the ocean containing 92 out of 102 minerals your body needs to thrive. Our Sea Moss is sustainably sourced from divers in warm pristine Caribbean waters. Sea Moss is known to strengthen the immune system, increase energy levels naturally, promotes healthy thyroid, supports a healthy heart, detoxify the body, helps with post workout recovery, and promotes health skin, hair and nails amongst many other benefits. Ingredients: Wild Crafted Sea Moss, Alkaline Water, Key Limes, & Fresh Organic Fruit or Herbs (No Preservatives)

Directions: We recommend a daily dose of 1-2 tablespoons of Sea Moss per day. Sea Moss gel can be put into teas, juices, and smoothies. It can also be used as a thickening agent for sauces, soups and puddings.

How long does Sea Moss last?: Our plain (unflavored) Sea Moss will stay fresh refrigerated for up to 30 days. You may also store your Sea Moss gel in the freezer to prolong shelf life for a few months. Fruit infused Sea Moss does not contain any preservatives and will last refrigerated for about 14 days. (Always use a clean spoon each time, no double dipping to prevent bacteria growth)

Is Sea Moss safe for pregnant women and children?: Sea Moss is a sea vegetable and will provide 92 of 102 minerals our bodies need. But because every pregnancy is different, and with any health food supplement, there may be potential health risks depending on the individual, therefore, it would still be best to contact your Primary Care Physician first before taking it or giving it to children.

**Tip/Caution: Make sure your freezer temperature is not set on the coldest or else your glass jar may break. You may also transfer your Sea Moss into a freezer safe glass or BPA-free plastic. We are NOT responsible for any broken glass jars placed in the freezer.
